This Privacy Policy explains how Tactical Connect handles information in connection with:
- The Tactical Connect website;
- Tactical Connect products and services;

Tactical Connect provides temporary event connectivity and network infrastructure and develops software applications.

2. Our Android applications
Tactical Connect develops and publishes Android applications.
App data collection
Where an application is identified as not collecting personal information, Tactical Connect does not itself collect or store personal information from users through that application on Tactical Connect-controlled servers.
This means that, for such an application, Tactical Connect does not use the application to create or maintain its own database of:
- Names;
- Email addresses;
- Telephone numbers;
- Postal addresses;
- User accounts;
- Contact lists;
- Photos or videos;
- Precise location information; or
- Other personal information,
unless explicitly stated otherwise within the application, its store listing or this Privacy Policy.
Information processed on your device
An application may process information locally on your device in order to provide its functionality.
Information that remains solely on your device and is not transmitted to Tactical Connect is not stored by Tactical Connect.
Removing an application may remove locally stored application information, subject to the operation of your device, Android and any applicable backup functionality.
3. Third-party services and SDKs
Some Tactical Connect applications may use third-party software components, libraries, APIs or services.
Where such components are included, their handling of data must be considered separately from whether Tactical Connect operates its own database.

Accordingly, the data practices declared for each Tactical Connect application on Google Play will reflect the actual functionality and third-party components included in that particular application.
Where applicable, third-party providers may operate according to their own privacy policies and terms.
4. Google Play Data Safety
Applications distributed through Google Play are subject to Google’s Data safety requirements.

Tactical Connect intends for the information declared in the Data safety section of each application to accurately reflect the behaviour of that application.
Where an application does not collect or share user data, this will be declared accordingly.
It is important that this declaration is based on the behaviour of the complete application, including any third-party SDKs or libraries. 5. App permissions
A Tactical Connect application may request device permissions where required to provide a particular feature.
Where an application requests a permission, the permission should only be used for the relevant application functionality.
The permissions used by individual Tactical Connect applications may differ according to their purpose and features.
Requesting a device permission does not necessarily mean that Tactical Connect stores the information accessible through that permission.
Where information is processed solely on the user’s device and is not transmitted to Tactical Connect, Tactical Connect does not retain that information on its systems.
6. App accounts
Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a particular application, Tactical Connect applications do not require users to create a Tactical Connect account.
Where an application does introduce user accounts in future, the relevant privacy information will be updated to explain:
- What information is collected;
- Why it is required;
- Where it is stored;
- How long it is retained; and
- How users can request deletion where applicable.

The data practices of Tactical Connect’s website are separate from applications that do not collect personal information.
When you contact Tactical Connect through the website, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

Information processed solely on a user’s device by an application is not retained on Tactical Connect’s servers.
